Please pray for Bun buns.

We woke up this morning to find Bun Buns laying on her side and she couldn’t get up. Cindy took her to the vet and they said that something was wrong with her equilibrium. She doesn’t have anything physically wrong with her body, but she has no balance. This can be caused by an infection or some sort of trauma. I vaguely remember hearing some sounds at night but I have no idea what it was because I was basically still sleeping. We have no idea what could have caused this. We thought maybe Bun Buns and Hops got into a fight, but they’ve been doing so well for a long time and the sound didn’t sound like a fight. There was also no fur scattered around which usually there is if they got into a fight. So maybe they did? Maybe they didnt?

Anyway, the vet said that they have to do treatments to get her to eat. That’s the most important thing because rabbits aren’t like humans they can’t skip meals. They have to constantly be eating or they may die. The doctors are going to treat her and everything, but they have to do blood tests and xrays and stuff so it could cause more trauma for Bun Buns, but it is imperative that she begins eating.

Please pray for her, we’re really worried. If she goes through more trauma or she doesn’t start eating soon she may die.

Edit: Cindy called the Vet and Bun buns is eating now, so she won’t die. We discovered she has “head tilt” which can be caused by a lot of different factors including trauma or ear infection. Many rabbits recover from this to have a normal life but the head tilt may never go away! Pretty scary.
